Currently I am I Punta Chame, Panama for a meetup with the Jetpack Data team. It was a long flight (11.5 hours), but worth it. It is very beautiful. My body has been naturally waking up with right around sunrise. The first morning I just snapped a picture from my window at the Pink Palace Panama, but yesterday I decided to take a walk on the beach. I walked for about about 30-35 minutes, then I ran back. I hate running, but I was inspired by a co-worker who also hates running, but does it anyways, because it is one of the most efficient forms of exercise. Today my legs are sore, which I don’t mind, because it is a reminder that I got some exercise and stretched my muscles. Running barefoot on the beach was quite pleasant.
I decided to pack light and did not bring my good DSLR camera this time, so these are just iPhone photos, but I think they are quite good. I did reduce the light exposure a bit on them, since I find that the default settings are a bit overexposed.
